These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobLink platform operated by Kingdom Workforce LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using JobLink, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

JobLink is a staffing technology platform that connects staffing offices with job candidates via SMS-based job matching, interest tracking, and candidate management tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use JobLink as a candidate. Staffing offices must be legitimate, licensed businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information
• Staffing offices are responsible for the data they import and the messages they send through the platform
• You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for unlawful purposes

4. SMS Terms

• By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages about job opportunities
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the JobLink platform are owned by Kingdom Workforce LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

JobLink may use artificial intelligence to generate resumes, match candidates, and screen calls. AI-generated content is provided as a tool and should be reviewed for accuracy by the end user.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for employment decisions made based on platform data. Kingdom Workforce LLC's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to JobLink at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kitsap County, Washington.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
